WHY LEHIGH VALLEY PREMIERE CAMP?


Lehigh Valley Premiere Camp offers intense sessions of volleyball specifically designed for the intermediate to advanced level players. Each individual athlete will be assigned to a coach and court according to their level of play. We guarantee that each court will have one head coach and one assistant coach with no more than 12 athletes on a court.  The skills that will be covered are: passing, serving, setting, overhead passing, hitting, blocking, offensive systems, defensive systems. This year we will be having a personal trainer, BARRY LOVELACE of FitQuest Fitness. We will be joining him for volleyball specific conditioning to help improve strength, jumping and foot speed.
