Welcome to the PREMIER 16U Fastpitch Softball Team. 


 

OUR MISSION: Premier Softball will provide opportunities to athletes who love the game of softball and are willing to commit to improving both personally and as a team.  Through coaching, clinics, practices, and tournaments, we will improve our athletes’ performance both on and off the field. 

 

OUR VALUES: Premier Softball will promote teamwork through honesty, integrity, and accountability in their coaches, players and parents.  We will foster the highest level of good sportsmanship at all times.  We will have a positive attitude in all aspects of the game of softball and in school, work, family and relationships.

 

OUR GOALS: Premier Softball will develop the skills for athletes to improve and advance on their High School teams while striving to provide opportunities for higher education.  In addition, we will promote skills, through sportsmanship and teamwork, which will enhance our young ladies’ contribution to the community.

OUR HISTORY:
We are a girls fastpitch softball team that is made up of players from throughout the valley. we compete in tournaments through TCS, USSSA, ASA and the City of Phoenix.
In the Fall of 2007, we accepted an invitation to join PVGSL's PREMIER organization of club teams. As such, we now qualify as a 501(c)(3) non profit organization.
We intend to travel for the right opportunities and attend a national tournament and showcase events.

Bowling night did not have as many girls come as we wanted but we still had fun. Our next team bonding/get together we will do lazer tag! :D

Fire Cracker Tourny - Premier took 3rd

This tournament was our best yet! Premier played a solid 4 games! Our first pool game was against Blizzard and we beat them 4 to 0. We finally were not hitting the ball to the shortstop! Our second pool game was against Goodyear Stingers and we run ruled them. Our very first elimination game was against the Westside Yankees and we won. Our second elimination game was a tough one. We played Wackers and ended up losing 3 to 0. We held them for the whole game until the last inning, but we played great. We ended up taking third place and winning ourselves a nice trophy! Nice job ladies and good luck in future games!
