Powder Springs Iron Pigs: Welcome

Goin Hog Wild-pig

Mission Statement

To teach the fundamentals of the game of baseball while conveying the importance of integrity, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun but competitive atmosphere while developing long-term relationships that are built on trust, honesty, and integrity. To insure that all players excel on the baseball field as well as the classroom by maintaining high GPA while members of the Iron Pigs.

With dedication and the desire to achieve, we will culminate our journey with a trip to Cooperstown as a 12u team that has grown together as friends and family.

Walt Disney's a fan of the Iron Pigs

On our vacation to Walt Disney World, we ran into none other than Walt Disney himself!  He even agreed to have his picture taken while wearing my hat with the Iron Pig logo proudly displayed!

Iron Pigs Start a Facebook Page

The coaching staff have started a Facebook page that will help an already detailed plan of communication between the players, coaches, parents, and family of the Iron Pigs.  We have tried to come up with as many forms of communication as possible so that each and everyone one of our families that are intested in how the team is performing, can do so.

As of now the site isn't very informative, but once the tryouts approach, check back for updates and additional information.
