ASHLAND LEGION BASEBALL / POST 77
2008 Season
Team Meeting at Ashland Legion hall at 8 pm on Thursday the 29th.
Players will need to bring a $150 unifrom deposit check for their their uniform. The check will not be cashed and then returned upon receiving the uniform back at end of season in good condition.
Also there is a $180 check needed for the 2008 season fund raising.
2008 Ashland Post 77 Fund Raising break down:
Legion baseball is funded by all of us working together as a team to raise funds to operate a quality program. The national chapter has established self funding so young adults have the opportunity and responsibility to work with fund raising within their communities.
Each player will receive 10 support legion baseball stickers to sell for fund raising. Selling 10 at $10 contribution level will raise $100 per player.
Players will be responsible to the Ashland American Legion Baseball program for $100.

Golf Scramble Fund Raising / Sunday June 22nd
Each player is responsible for recruiting one golfer for the event for $80 which includes green fee, golf cart and dinner. The golfer can be a family member, a friend or yourself.
Players will be responsible to the Ashland American Legion Baseball program for $80.

Total fund raising check of $180 is required by each player. The check should be made out to Ashland Post 77 Legion Baseball.

Coaches Dennis Baker Jr. (Head Coach) and Jay Golden (Assistant Coach) will return to lead the team. They both have a lot of coaching experience. Dennis is the Assistant Varsity coach in Ashland and Jay is the Assistant Varsity coach in Hopkinton.
Lets have a great year on the diamond!
