TAWA RUN CLASSIC UPDATE (The Tournament Is Now Full)....the 11th Annual Tawa Run Classic American Legion Baseball tournament is set for June 15-17, 2012. This tournament has gained recognition as one of the best, and most scouted tournaments in Ohio. Scouts from D-1, D-2, D-3, and pro-ball attended the tourney last year. Teams that have committed include : Ashland, Ashley, Zanesville, Lima, Adrian MI, Maumee, Toledo, Coshocton, Avon Lake, Conneaut, Bucyrus, and Ottawa.
OTTAWA LEGION BASEBALL has announced it will sponsor an excursion in August 2012 to The Isle of Coudre in Canada. 62 of 90 seats have already been sold. For a trip itinerary and booking info click on Isle of Coudres Vacation link at left.
Thanks to all area high school baseball coaches for their help in making the 1st annual 'Road To The Next Level' excursion a success! Post 63 transported 17 area players to the University of Toledo for the all day camp.
