Coaches...ALL uniforms MUST be turned in to me Dec 19 between 11am-1pm at John Tyler NO EXCEPTIONS!  This is only  Rec and Advance uniforms it does not apply to academy. 
 
Parents, if you still have your player's uniform, please make arrangements to get it to the coach before the 19th.

Mandatory tryout Dec 19-20
All U9-U19 players must attend two days of tryouts to play in the Spring. Our next session will be Dec. 19-20 at the John Tyler Soccer Complex. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of your tryout to register. We'll also announce an additional tryout weekend for January.
 
Saturdays
  • 10 -11:30 am U9-U10
  • 11:30 am-1 pm U11-U12
  • 1 -2:30 pm U13-U19
Sundays 
  • 1 - 2:30 pm U9-U10
  • 2:30 - 4 pm U12-U19

The Commissioner will accept all nominations via email: esgayle@verizon.net. Those wishing to join the Board will be expected to attend the meeting. For more information on any position, please contact Eydie Gayle at the above email address. 
 
The PSC Monthly Board meeting will be held immediately after the general meeting. 

No More Drink Sharing At Practices, Games

From the PSC Commissioner: Myself and several other Board Members have noticed the constant sharing of water/Gatorade bottles on the field. I know kids don't think about it, but this a very unsafe time of year. Germs are plentiful and spread easily. We are in the "Cold and Flu" Season.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT EACH CHILD HAVE THEIR OWN WATER BOTTLE AND THAT THEY DO NOT SHARE WITH OTHERS.

I have had several reported case of Swine Flu from players within our league. So please, lets get the word out, now is not the time to be gambling with our children's health. Please get the message out to your parents. Coaches watch out for your players, talk to parents personally when you see a child come to practice without his/her own water bottle. This is part of the player equipment list we hand out at registration.

Let's get the word out!!!! The safety and well-being of these children are my first priority. It is our responsibility to provide the information, guidance and knowledge to protect them to the best of our ability.  --PSC Commissioner Eydie Gayle
