Winterfest is scheduled for January 14th - 17th

The 16 and 18 Open Level Qualifiers are the weekends of February 19th/20th and February 26th/27th.  The schedule for 16s and 18s is still to be determined.

Dates for the 2010/11 club level tournaments have been set:
  NERVA 1 - March 6th
  NERVA 2 - March 20th
  NERVA 3 - April 3rd
  NERVA 4 - April 17th
  NERVA Championship - May 1st

The Portland North Junior Olympic Volleyball club (Portland North) is set to start a boys program this fall.  Boys in fourth to eighth grades (9 to 13 years old) will have the opportunity to practice and compete at New England Regional Volleyball Association (NERVA) tournaments.

Portland North will hold placement sessions in November to create teams in the 14-and-under age bracket.  Practices will be held most Sunday’s beginning in November with the goals of:  developing volleyball skills; promoting games within the club; and, competing at NERVA regional tournaments.  The NERVA boys' tournaments are scheduled to be held at various sites in New England during weekends in January, February and March.

The JO volleyball season is over.  Please complete the end of the year evaluations and return them to Bill McMahon  portlandnorthjo@gmail.com.  If you have any photos to post on the web site, please send them to me as soon as possible.  I am always looking for write ups from coaches, players and parents.  Let us know which camps you attend and give us feedback for other players in the future.

Not much will be posted on the web site over the summer.  Look for information regarding tryouts to be posted in October.  Tyouts should start in November.
