Regardless of what people may say or think...i think you guys did a great job and full marks to you today.
J.K. got you guys on the field and TOGETHER you played with heart and determination..."Knights will never give up" J.K. said that to me last saturday...you proved it today.

Sorry for the late word....
Just wanted to grant due respects to you the knights and all involved behind the lines for a great season. If anything You've shown the league true character, looming in the shadows all season to come within an inch of clinching the title. The darkhorse truly rode rampant in the playoffs and rightfully so after what could have been a loss of respect from other teams.
The final was legendary and though I speak on behalf of the opposition, one cannot go without expressing due respects to the darkside...
Two teams, four overtimes, three points
all the small things which paved the victory
but it goes without saying
To be the best, you have to beat the best...
and you held true to the latter.
No doubt in my mind,they hit harder in purple!!!
By the way, the shoulders just come right!!!

As I read about your conquest of teams of the past it has truly fired me up as a I am sitting here at work waiting for our season to start. We the Alameda County Knights are playing in a first ever jamboree in Santa Cruz, CA (March 25th) Our season starts April 1st as we start the season on the road versus the Northen Valley Lions. I'm ready to play some football and start laying hats on those who stand in our way. The Knights time is now!! Good luck to you in your season. Well first and Foremost I would like to congratulate the boys for digging deep and getting up there to get into the final...thats the Knights of Old that I know!!!.....Only Sad thing is that its only gonna get better and whoever stands in the Darkside's way will be dominated and destroyed..and there will be nothing left but a path of destruction.
Apologies to everyone involved for not being able to play this year as due to family reasons had to move to the big Smoke..But Nevertheless ...I will always be Darkside for Life and heres hoping that you guys come out on top this weekend and do JK Proud as well as the rest od the Management team. Anyways Enuff from me for now....Let the Destruction Begin....and for those of you who are wondering who this is...Well I Occupied the Right hand side of the OLine wearing none other than the Famous #70 Jersey...Junior Tuatagaloa ...Darkside 4Life ...Lets bring it on home. |

Well done to the knights for showing guts and a hunger that was greater than ours on the day. You guys gave us a valuable lesson on Saturday, which was to always stay hungry for the prize, we will not forget it. Good luck for the Capital Bowl boys!!
