Note:  We need 1 Parent code of Conduct per family and 1 Registration/Medical form per player.

2010 Registration

Who:         All  Boys and Girls, 5 to 18 years of age, as of April 30, 2010 for baseball (December 31, 2009 for softball), residing in Tobyhanna Township, Tunkhannock Township, and the Arrowhead Lakes and Riverside Estates portions of Coolbaugh Township, are eligible to register.

   When:       January 23 and 24, 2010 from 10:00 till 2:00, and January 30 and January 32 from 12:00 till 2:00. If needed February 5 and 6 from 12:00 till 2:00  Please see web site for cancellation/rescheduling if necessary.  Registration closure dates will also be posted on web site. 

Where:     Tobyhanna Township Emergency Services Building on Route 940, in Pocono Lake, PA. 

Cost:         Registration is $60.00 for first family member and $40.00 for second family member, $25.00 for third  family member and  additional members will be free..  Registering after scheduled registration dates is $80.00 for first family member and $60.00 for additional members.  Refunds will not be granted after ordering of uniforms. 

Necessary Information:  All new players are required to provide a copy of their BIRTH CERTIFICATE at registration, Proof of Residency and medical information. All players are required to have birth certificate on file with PMWLL.  Medical information, including contact information, and uniform sizes, are also needed at time of registration.

Birth Certificate Replacement
Little League requires that all players have a birth certificate on file with the local League.  If you need to obtain a replacement, please see the below letter from Little League about a way to obtain a valid replacement in a timely fashion.
