2010 SPRING REGISTRATION

We are now accepting registration forms for the 2010 spring season!

Choose "handouts" from the menu, download, print, and mail in the registration form along with payment to the address on the form.

Please make sure all information is filled out, and the registration form is signed by parent or guardian of the registered player.

 We will  be holding a final registration session on Tuesday, March 9th from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Pembroke Recreation Center.

Registration ends on March 9th, 2010.

We look forward to another great softball season !
