Fiorentino's Ristorante
Family restaurant run by Tony ('72), Alfred ('76) Fiorentino and their parents. Located at 313 Avenue U in Brooklyn, the restaurant seats approximately 190 people, has two large dining rooms and a bar. It is accessable by car or the F train (there is a subway stop at Avenue U). The telephone number is (718) 372-1445. Directions from the Belt Parkway - Take Exit 7 (Ocean Parkway) and head North on Ocean Parkway (left). It is a very wide road with service roads on either side. Stay on the main roadway. The streets go in descending alphabetical order - Avenue Z, Avenue Y, etc. Make a left on Avenue U. Go 6 Blocks. The 6th Block is West Street. The restaurant is just past West Street on the right hand side and there is a parking lot on the right for the restaurant just before you get to it (there is also parking on the street). The next block is McDonald Avenue. The el train is above it. If you pass the el you have gone too far.

Br. Bielen's Mem. Service
When Brother Bielen passed away a memorial service, attended by many people (including those who ran track for competing high schools), was held at the church located on the campus of Fordham University in the Bronx. A reception was held afterwards on the same grounds at Fordham Prep. It was a touching tribute to a special man.
