Volunteer Application
BEFORE clicking on the link above to get a Volunteer Application, PLEASE NOTE: You must (at least) have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can click on the link below to GET IT FREE.
The Volunteer Application can be filled out on-line, then print for your signature. The signed form can be brought to one of the registration dates or can be delivered to the Pahrump Valley Times, M-F, 8-5. Just drop it off for Eva at the front desk or fax it to her attention at 775-727-5309. Application can also be mailed to PLL PO Box 1138, Pahrump NV 89041.
Little League Reg. I(b). All managers, coaches, Board of Directors members & any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with players or teams, must complete & submit an official "Little League Volunteer application" to the local league president. Annual background screenings must be completed prior to the applicant assuming his/her duties for the current season. Refusal to annually submit a fully completed "Little League Volunteer Application" must result in the immediate dismisal of the individual from the local league. (See also Reg. I (c) 8 and 9, Official Regulations & Playing Rules for all divisions of Little League Baseball.
