Individuals push themselves harder and progress at quicker rate while training with others, especially if its friends, teammates and siblings.  Healthy competition during training is not only fun but also a great motivational tool to increase individual results.  Small Groups are considered 3 to 7 paid participants.

4 WEEK  $245 per participant

6 WEEK  $300 per participant
