ECHO FALLON- Track & Field
Echo's Testimony:
"My name is Echo Fallon. As long as I can remember, sports have been the main interest in my life, one that I pour my time and efforts. I hold two track records at Catalina Foothills High School, in the 400 meters and the 4 x 400 meter relay. I am a two-time State Silver Medalist in the long jump, as well as a four-time Region Champion in the long jump. I have also been nominated numerous times by both the Tucson Citizen and Arizona Daily Star newspapers for first & second All-City teams in both basketball and track. Due to an extensive surgery at the beginning of my senior year, I was not able to participate in basketball, of which I was deeply disappointed. So instead, I directed my focus and decided to pour of my efforts into track. The surgery took away much of my strength and conditioning, which had always been my greatest advantages in track. As fate would have it, my younger brother, a football and basketball player, informed me of trainer he had been recommended to see. I decided to join my brother in training sessions.

From very first session, I could tell that Coach Darian was experienced and very knowledgeable in the aspects of speed and agility training. Coach Darian would watch each participating athlete carefully, studying his or her form & technique throughout various agility drills. He would then correct everyone’s mistake and show him or her how to perform the technique properly. I spoke with Coach Darian about my recent surgery and the limitation I would have until I was healed. Coach Darian patiently worked with me to help me achieve the goals that I had set for my senior year. He helped me with my strength and conditioning, which were most difficult as I recovered. During this time, Coach Darian decided to focus my training on converting my past weaknesses into my new strengths. My quickness, especially when starting from the blocks, was average at best or maybe even below average at times. In the past, I would depend upon my superior conditioning and strength levels to overcome my competitors at the end of the race. However, because of my surgery, this advantage was taken away. After training with Coach Darian in the preseason, my reaction time and quickness improved dramatically. I could feel the difference in my legs. At the sound of starting pistol, I was exploding out of blocks and I WAS BEATING EVERYONE OUT OF THE BLOCKS. I finally had the advantage at the beginning of the race and my times significantly dropped.

My girls track team won state my senior year, the first every for our school. It was the perfect end to my high school sports career. I have no doubt that much of my success was due to the preseason training with Coach Darian, because he helped my put my whole race together by converting my weaknesses into my strengths. I trained alongside football, basketball and track athletes, and every one of improved tremendously. We trained together as group, competing against one another while at the same time pushing each other to higher levels. Perhaps the most important aspect about training with Coach Darian is that he is ability to demonstrate himself all the drills and techniques, which really put in my mind what I supposed to look like. In addition, Coach Darian trained and ran beside us, which really motivated me because I want to beat his times and that made the entire experience fun!

I would recommend Coach Darian to any athlete who desires and is looking for an edge in performance, regardless of the sport they compete."
