S.W.I.F.T -Athletics is an organization dedicated to the promotion of youth health & fitness through sports and athletic competition. We develop elite athletes ranging from 9 years old to the collegiate level.

If you are looking for a competitive edge . . . Whatever your sport!...Possessing SPEED & QUICKNESS can be your secret weapon. Some athletes may possess great size and strength but SPEED & QUICKNESS is the ultimate equalizer of any athletic competition.

Even elite endurance runners have implemented SPEED workouts into their training regimen to boost their performance.

SPEED it is not base solely on genetics. Everyone can improve his or her SPEED & QUICKNESS.

Our philosophy is simple but highly effective in producing high quality athletes.

The success of this program is based upon one concept- teaching the FUNDAMENTALS. Our training sessions focuses upon three elements:

1.) FUN -working hard but having a good time and enjoy.
2.) DA -athletic & personal development.
3.) MENTAL -the proper mental approach to competing on and off the field.

FUN- Every athlete in our program looks forward and enjoy to coming to training
    because they perform exercises that are not only physically challenging but
    also lots of fun. Athletes train in groups of three or four which creates an
    atmosphere that naturally breeds friendly competition. In this environment
    our athletes work harder while having a great time and thus improve their
    overall athletic ability.

DEVELOPMENT- Through a series of various speed drills and sprinting exercises
             everyone will become stronger & faster...GUARANTEED!

MENTAL- As coaches it is not only our job to teach athletes how to perform
       physically, it also is our duty to teach the mental aspects of competing.
       This lesson is not only a valuable trait for athletic success but it
       is also a valuable lesson that can be applied to all aspects of life.

                      SPEED TRAINING PHILOSOPHY-
                      “to be fast,you must train fast”

Our program consists of the latest scientific training principles. The 40-yard dash is the measuring tools used by high school coaches, college recruiters & pro scouts.

LEARN SPRINTING TECHNIQUES THAT WILL IMPROVE YOUR IN THE 40YD DASH AND IMPRESS THE SCOUTS!

Through a series speed development drills, sprinting will become as natural as tying your shoe. The program focuses on the two basic concepts- 1) Sprinting Fundamentals 2) Athletic Conditioning.

SPRINTING FUNDAMENTALS are learned through the simulation of the sprinting technique at “control speeds”. The sprinting technique is broken down into   components that are simple to learn and perform.   

        *Form Running

        *Dorsi-Flexion Technique
         *Acceleration Methods

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING is vital to the success of an athlete. Proper conditioning allows training to be more intense and thus increases the rate of improvement. In addition, conditioning decreases mental mistakes brought upon by fatigue.
