Team Cancellation Policy
Carolina Softball Association understands that circumstances occur that may force a team to drop out of an event. CSA does not penalize teams who withdraw from events prior to midnight, the Tuesday before the tournament start date.
Any team canceling after Tuesday night at midnight, the week of the tournament or no shows for any tournament shall not be entitled to any refunds and/or must pay the entire tournament entry fee prior to playing in another CSA event. Any team dropping out of or no showing any event a second time, within a twelve (12) month floating window, shall be required to pre-pay all events for the remainder of the current season (January 1 - December 31) up to the entire following season.
Any team not paying cancellation fees are subject to being withdrawn from all future CSA events. Team managers, coaches and players are subject to suspensions from future CSA events.
