Enter CSA's 2009 South Carolina State Tournament T-Shirt Design Contest
Are you a softball player who loves to draw or design? Is your team playing in CSA's 2009 South Carolina State Tournament in August? If so, this is your chance to play ball and have everyone know your name!
Contest is open to any player whose team has entered CSA's 2009 SC State Tournament. Designs should meet the following basic qualifications:
1. Limited to three (3) colors - (Any colors may be used but we are kinda partial to pink, lime green and royal blue)
2. Must include the following information on the t-shirt design: Carolina Softball Association's name; Tournament Name; Tournament Location; Tournament Date; (Optional) CSA's Logo
3. Design must be completed on a white 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper
4. On the back of the design sheet, please list the following information: player's full name, player's date of birth, player's team name and age division, player's home address and phone number and player's parents or legal guardians' name(s).
Designs must be original and may be hand drawn or using a computer and may not include any copyrighted material. Hand drawn entries may be completed in crayon, marker or colored pencil. All entries are the property of CSA LLC and may not be returned. All entries must be received no later than Monday, July 20, 2009. Grand Prize Winner's design will be included on CSA's SC State Tournament t-shirt with their name, age and team name and will also be included on CSA's website and state tournament flyers and email. Grand Prize Winner will also receive a CSA gift package which includes the official tournament t-shirt. Please email info@playcsa.org for more information.
CSA reserves the right to alter any original design in order to minimize duplication problems during the printing process. CSA employees and their families are not eligible. Winner will be contacted prior to the SC State Tournament. If winner's team does not participate in CSA's SC State Tournament, the winning design may be deemed ineligible. All winner selections shall be made by CSA LLC's owners and are final.
