Play Ball Fall Baseball League Rules 6-8 Year old Division
1. Games will be 6 innings or 1 hour 45 minutes. No inning started after 1 ½ hours.
2. Free substitution is allowed. All players are entered into the batting order. (If 12 players, then line up is 1-12) 4 run rule per inning. Last inning is unlimited runs.
3. No walks. After 4 balls, Coach comes in to pitch. Player either hits the ball or strikes out. If player is hit by pitch, coach comes in to pitch. Coaches will umpire the games from behind the mound. Called third strike is per the discretion of the coaches. (may want to give the kids chances to hit the ball)
4. Extra bases should only be taken on balls hit into the outfield. One base awarded on overthrows. Coaches are allowed on field to help instruct the kids.
5. 2 steals per inning.
6. Pitchers can throw from in front of the rubber per the discretion of the coaches.
7. No slashing.
9-10 year old division1. Games are 6 innings or 1 hour 45 minutes. No inning started after 1 ½ hours.
2. Free substitution is allowed. All players are entered into the batting order. (If 12 players, then line up is 1-12)
3. Stealing is allowed. Only 5 steals per inning. No advance to home on wild pitches.
4. Courtesy runner is allowed for catcher. Runner is last out made.
5. Pitchers are allowed 2 innings per game.
6. No slashing.
11-12 year old division1. Games are 6 innings or 1 hour 45 minutes. No inning started after 1 ½ hours.
2. Free substitution is allowed. All players are entered into the batting order. (If 12 players, then line up is 1-12)
3. Stealing is allowed.
4. Courtesy runner is allowed for catcher. Last out made is runner.
5. Pitchers are allowed 2 innings per game.
6. No Slashing
General Little League Rules for all LL divisions
1. No head first sliding.
2. Slide/avoid rule in effect.
3. 3 Hit batters per game and pitcher must be removed.
13 year old division1. Games are 7 innings or 2 hours. No inning started after 1 hour 45 minutes. For 5 inning games, no inning started after 1 hour 30 minutes.
2. Free substitution is allowed. All players are entered into the batting order. (If 12 players, then line up is 1-12)
3. Stealing is allowed as is leading.
4. Courtesy runner is allowed for catcher.
5. Pitchers are allowed 3 innings per game.
6. One balk warning per pitcher per game. After warning all balks are enforced.
7. Slide/avoid rule in effect.
14-15 and 16-18 year old division1. Teams play two 5 inning games or one seven inning game.
2. Free substitution is allowed. All players are entered into the batting order. (If 12 players, then line up is 1-12)
3. Stealing is allowed as is leading.
4. Courtesy runner is allowed for catcher.
5. Pitchers can pitch 5 innings per weekend.
6. One balk warning per pitcher per game for 14-15 division….not 16-18s. After warning all balks are enforced.
7. Slide/avoid rule in effect.
8. Games are 7 innings or 2 hours. No inning started after 1 hour 45 minutes. For 5 inning games, no inning started after 1 hour 30 minutes.
Remember 2 balls per team
