RECAP OF 2004 SEASON
The 2004 Season was a great ride!  Fatburger got off to a slow start but rallied during the month of July to finish off the season playing its best baseball.  Fatburger in the last three tournaments went 11-5  which included a 3rd place finish at the State Tournament.  The season had a little bit of everything come from behind wins, including Shawn Gizynski's game winning 3-run homerun at the State tournament, Klye Asahara's 25 RBI'S in two tournaments which included two homeruns in a game!  The pitching staff was strong all season,  the early sign was four pitchers combining on a nine inning shutout against Honda.  We even had a no hitter by Tim Pickard.  Sophmore pitchers Jake Burns and Ryan Davis showed signs of great futures.  Adam Nutley, Matt Worthey, Sam Burns, Chris Roberts, Kellen Klein, and Ryan Pearman did an exceptional job keeping us in games all season long.  Even Gizynski got into the act.  KJ Sherman, Taylor Knowles, Adrian Flint, and Mike Holt patrolled the outfield for Fatburger all season long.  Catcher Shawn Gizynski was a field general behind the plate and a monster when he came to bat hitting over .400 for the season.  Late season additon sophmore catcher Braden Davis did a great job hitting and learned alot behind the plate.   For a second year team this club has made great strides and the 2005 Season looks to be even better.  To all the parents and fans of our team thank you for your support throughout the 2004 Season!  We will miss all of our seniors and wish them the best as they move to next phase of there life!   Everyone deserves a 1-2-3 FAT!!  See you in 2005.
