PWHA would like to invite all of our teams to participate in the PSA Food Drive benefiting the North Texas Food Bank and Seven Loaves Food Pantry. Please bring your food to the following games:
Varsity Gold: Thursday, 11/ 12 game vs McKinney at DPSC McKinney (collected by Mike & Val Studer)
Varsity Silver: Sunday, 11/ 8 practice at PSA (collected by Karen Hill)
JV Silver: Sunday, 11/8 game vs Plano East at DPSC Plano (Collected by Russ Weinert)
They're having a competition, and since we love to win, we want to make our donation as Plano Wildcat Hockey, so we will combine all donations and bring it to PSA on Saturday, November 14th!
Here are some requested items:
Canned Tuna (7oz) Non-Refrigerated Milk Rice (2 lbs)
Canned Chicken (12.5 oz) Jelly (>20 oz) Pasta (1 lb)
Canned Salmon (14 oz) Juice Boxes Stews, Soups (14 oz)
Canned Fruit (14.5 oz) Individual Fruit Cups Peanut Butter (>24 oz)
Canned Veggies (14.5 oz) Healthy Snacks Healthy Snack/Ceral Bars
From Metroplex Hockey League- effective immediately:
Cell phone usage in locker rooms will not be permitted at any Dr Pepper StarCenter. Please shut your cell phone off before entering the locker room area. If you need to make a call, please step outside the locker room area to do so.
Note: With cell phones now being able to producing high quality pictures and/or video, this new policy will help protect player privacy when in the locker room area.

Report Cards for the 2nd 6 weeks are due to your team manager no later than 11/16. Below is a recap for the 2nd 6 weeks.
End of 1st 6-weeks: 11/6/09
Report Cards Due to Team Managers: 11/16/09
Varsity ineligible dates: 11/19 -12/3
JV ineligible dates: 11/22-12/6
3-week Progress Reports available: 11/24/09
Varsity re-instatement date if ALL Progress Reports acceptable: 12/10/09
JV re-instatement date if ALL Progress Reports acceptable: 12/13/09
If ALL Progress Reports do not reflect passing, then player remains ineligible until next report card is reviewed.
