WHAT: 2010 Plano Wildcat Indoor Soccer Clinic

WHEN: January 2 from 9:00 AM to 12 Noon

FOR: Boys and Girls from Grades 2 thru 5

COST: $ 35.00 per player (includes Camp T-Shirt)

WITH: Head Coach Bob Weir - of the 2009 Texas 5A STATE CHAMPIONS Boy's    soccer team - the Plano Wildcats !! Also assisting will be players on the 2009-2010 team...

DEADLINE: December 18, 2009 - Limited to the first 60 registered !

Parents and Players:

It is time once again for our annual “Good Luck” and Program Sponsor ad sale.  This is the booster club’s BIGGEST fundraiser of the year.  The sale of the ads support the production of the Wildcat Soccer 2010 Program and provides for additional funds for our Booster Club if our sales exceed our costs.  The “Good Luck” ads allow family and friends to express their support to our team and players and the Program Sponsor ads allow local businesses to provide support for our Boys Soccer Team as well as advertise.   The Booster Club’s goal is to have the program ready before our first District Game.  In order to meet this goal, we will need all “Good Luck” and Sponsorship ads returned by December 15, 2009.  This gives us 1 month to solicit sponsors and submit your “Good Luck’ ads.  

We are encouraging each family/player to sell either 1 (one) "Good Luck" and 1 (one) Program Sponsor Ad or 2 (two) Program Sponsor Ads this year.  Suggested contacts for Program Sponsors are family doctors, dentists, vets, local restaurants that you frequent, area businesses that cater to our students.  Attached are the "Good Luck" and Program Sponsor Forms.  Again, the deadline for submitting ad sales is December 15, 2009, which is 5 days after our Holiday Party. With the help of our wonderful Parents/Players, I am confident we can meet our goal.  If each Parent/Player would give just 1 hour of their time during the next 30 days and call/visit at least one local business, we can make the Program a success without a lot of effort!

This year, in order for Parent/Players to receive a program free of charge, a Good Luck ad must be purchased or a Sponsor Ad sold; otherwise programs will need to be purchased. All Sponsors will receive a program and a Varsity Team Poster to display.

Attached is a Sponsor Contact List which will provide some potential targets.   Any other Sponsor additions are more than welcomed.  Please take a look at the list and let me know at least one sponsor you will contact.  If we cannot get volunteers, it may be necessary to assign Sponsors to each Parents/Players.  In order for our Program Ad sales to be successful, we need each Parent/Players to participate in some way.

HOLIDAY PARTY:

Hello Plano Wildcat Parents & Players,

Well, it's that time of year again.  The Plano Boy's Soccer Booster Club would like to invite you all to our Holiday Party,Thursday, December 10th at 6:30 p.m. in the Plano Senior High Cafeteria.

There will be plenty of food from Dickey's Bar-B-Que and a full display of Spirit Wear available for purchase.

Remember, with each paid Booster Club membership, your player's ticket to the Holiday Party  is FREE ! The Booster Club membership also covers your player's ticket to the Soccer Banquet at the end of the year, a can't miss event!

Tickets for the Holiday Party are $9.00 per person, which covers the cost of the meal.  You may purchase tickets at the door with cash or check.

This is a great time to mingle and get to know one another before the season starts.  Both Coaches will be there and will be introducing the 2009-2010 J.V. and Varsity Players.

I've attached a Booster Club membership form for your convenience.

We will handle RSVP's for the Holiday Party through email, so please respond to this email with the total number attending, including your player, no later than Wednesday, December 2nd.

I will be sending a couple of reminders before the deadline.

BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERSHIP: Thanks to the families that have joined so far!  The Booster Club Officers are striving for 100% participation. This membership covers the HOLIDAY PARTY and END-OF-SEASON BANQUET admissions for players - all for $40.00 per family. Please download the Membership Form and mail with payment to the address specified on the form (or send with your son to give to one of the soccer coaches).
