Pixy Stixs: Welcome
Octboer 21st
Hello Parents,
First off, want to thank Scott Gang (Cailee's Dad) for volunteering his time to coach our girls with Jose. It is not an easy task coming in mid season, but am sure he will do a great job teaching.
I have a volunteer - Vivianna'a Aunt Shelina who is being at each practice with the girls. Thank you so much.
The team needs your help. We need more volunteers to particpate at the Crush Tournament! This is a must is the girls are to play! Please call me. It is a small block of time- up to 2 hours max!

Welcome!
Hi Team!
I am very excited to be coaching U14 this year! Our first parent meeting will be on Monday, August 18th from 5:30-7pm @ Pifer Elementary School.
Communication by email is critical... please speak with me if you are unavailable to communicate via email.
Team Expectations:
All players will- hustle and play hard at all times! All players will put the interests of the team ahead of their own. All players will Respect the referees, the opposing team, their teammates and their coaches. All players will contact the coach or team manager PRIOR to games or trainings if you will be late or absent.
ALL PARENTS WILL:
Bring their child to and from trainings and games on time every session. Make sure their child is properly dressed and prepared for all trainings and games. The way we do things here is that if you have issues or ideas on playing time, positions or strategies, please phone or e-mail me. Unless your child is ill or injured, please do not approach me with advice or complaints immediately before, during or after a game.
TRAININGS begin Monday, August 18th. Training will be held every Monday and Wednesday 5:30-7:00 Pifer Elementary.
I COACH....THEY PLAY...YOU CHEER! "Players become confused by contradictions between parents and coaches and sometimes so embarrassed by their parents? behavior that the soccer field is the last place they want to be. An overbearing parent also distracts the other players and undermines the coach?s authority and ability to implement strategy." Atheletes TRAIN, Musicians practice:)
Thank you volunteers!
