PITTSBURGH, PA - With half the teams in the league having already played, and the rest scheduled for their opener within a week, the league looks to be as competitive as ever.  Last years cellar-dwelling Hurricanes have greatly improved their overall roster, and the Owlz and Oilers, while losing the 2008 Players of the year, have restocked their respective rosters with new talent.
