"I felt it was a necesary step to see where we can improve the league for next year," expressed Graff .  "Last year, the managers put together a list of things to work on this summer, and I think it improved the league dramatically.  The divisional format, the Championship games at Consol Energy Park, and our sponsorship deal with BWP Bats came from suggestions at last winter's meetings, and all three of those proved to be very beneficial to the league."
