The Wildcat Formation. It's been the most fashionable play used by NFL teams during the 2008 season. However, what most people don't know is that the Wildcat Formation is not new.

It's been around since the early 1900's, and originated in Carlisle, PA. This just happens to be the hometown and current residence of Central Penn Piranha owner, Ron Kerr. "I didn't even know that the Wildcat Formation originated in Carlisle. When I found out, I couldn't believe it. I love watching the Miami Dolphins when they run plays using the Wildcat Formation", states Kerr.
