2012 PLL Registration
You will not be able to register you child unless you provide proof of
age and residency at time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS! 
  
Sign ups and Try-outs @ Pioneer Little League (Anderson Park) 
Sign-ups will be held at the Snack Bar
(Players must attend 1 try-out to play on a minor or major team) 
Saturday February 4th from 10am - 1pm 
 
REQUIRED Registration Documents
You will NOT be able to register your child unless you provide proof of
age and residency at the time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS!
 
1. Copy of your child's birth certificate
2. One original proof of address within Pioneer boundary (See link above for map)
3. Two copies of proofs of address within Pioneer boundary
4. 2012 Registration Form 
5. Medical Release Form 
6. Parent Code of Conduct 
7. Snack Bar Agreement  
  Acceptable Proof of Residency Documents
(3 required - provide only 1 per category) 
* Residency Documents must be dated from February 2011 - February 2012 *** UPDATED***
* Names on residency proofs MUST match at least one name on the birth certificate 
1. Driver’s License
2. Voter’s Registration
3. School records
4. Welfare or child care records
5. Federal records 
6. State records
7. Local records (Municipal)
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone,
     heating, waste disposal) Can only use 1 of these document types.
11. Financial records (Loan, Credit, Investment, etc)
12. Insurance documents
13. Medical records
14. Military records
15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records
17. Employment records

2012 Little League Bat Policy
Majors Division and below: 
ALL componsite bats MUST be on the Little League Approved list to be used during a game.
Batter's will be declared "out" for using an illegal bat during a game.
Juniors Division:
ALL bats MUST meet the new BBCOR standard. All composite bats meeting this standard
MUST not exceed the "drop" weight of "minus-3".
