Pinole Hercules Little League: Baseball Division
SPRING SEASON 2013
The Baseball Division consists of the following levels and age groups:
- AA Minors - 8 to 9 year olds
- AAA Minors - 9 to 11 year olds
- Majors - 10 to 12 year olds
- Juniors - 13 to 14 year olds
- Seniors - 15 to 16 year olds
PHLL has consistently fielded several teams in the lower levels within PHLL play each other (about 20 games) during the regular season while the upper levels will usually interleague with other teams from District 4.
PHLL annually sends teams to the International Tournament for all tournament eligible age groups.
The cost for baseball is $200.New this year - volunteer requirements and point system. You will receive 5 additional volunteer points if you register before 12/15/12. Registration closes on 12/31/2012 for Baseball. Jerseys and hats are included in the cost.

For AA Minors 8-9, AAA Minor 9-11 and Majors 10-12, Check in day and skills evaluation are at Ellerhorst (3501 Pinole Valley Road, Pinole) on the major baseball field the first Saturday of January or the following Saturday if it rains. Please check the website for last minute changes.
Players must be equipped for skills evaluation with appropriate clothing - a cup and cleats. The league will provide a bat and helmet if necessary. Uniform sizes will be available for accurate sizing.
Opening Day is March 9, 2013 - Parade, Pictures & Hit-A-Thon!
2013 Little League Baseball Age Chart
AA Minors 8-9 RULES
Players must be born between 5/1/2003 and 4/30/2005.
- 8 year olds report in at 8:30 a.m.
- 9 year olds report in at 10:00 a.m.
AAA Minor 9-11 RULES
Players must be born between 5/1/2001 and 4/30/2004.
- 9 year olds report in at 10:00 a.m.
- 10 year olds report in at 11:00 a.m.
- 11 year olds report in at 1:00 p.m.
Majors 10-12 RULES
Players must be born between 5/1/2000 and 4/30/2003.
- 10 year olds report in at 11:00 a.m.
- 11 year olds report in at 1:00 p.m.
- 12 year olds report in at 2:00 p.m.
Juniors 13-14 RULES
Players must be born between 5/1/1998 and 4/30/2000.
Check in day and skills evaluation are at the Pinole Valley Park (3790 Pinole Valley Rd, Pinole) baseball field with is between the two soccer fields on the first Saturday of January or the following Saturday if it rains. Check website
for last minute updates.

Seniors 15-16
Players must be born between 5/1/1997 and 4/30/1999.
If we get enough sign-ups to form a team then you will be contacted by someone from the league. There are no try-outs for this division. Not enough players will constitute a full refund.

Player members of Pinole Hercules Little League must have proof of residency and live within Pinole, Hercules, Rodeo or the unincorporated areas of Montalvin, Bayview, Tara Hills, or the areas of Richmond/El Sobrante that are bound East of Interstate 80, North of San Pablo Dam Road, or West of Castro Ranch Road.
A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH PICTURE (showing current address) AND one of the following: Utility Bill (PG&E or EBMUD), Internet Service, Voter Registration or Property Tax Statement (all showing actual resident, which must be the same as the Driver’s License).
Original Birth Certificate or a Certified Copy of the Original Birth Certificate is required.
The above documents will be required at check-in day.
