| The Pinole Hercules Umpires Association (PHUA), like all of Pinole Hercules Little League, is a 100% volunteer organization comprised of over 20 dedicated and trained adults and youths, who every year umpire more than 300 regular season games and several post season games. PHUA invites you to join this outstanding and dedicated group in providing quality and fair umpiring of baseball and softball games.
