Pinnacle Soccer has teamed up with Elite Fitness for off-season training if you are interested.  The cost is reasonable and training will have a great affect on footwork and conditioning.  These are both much needed tools in the game of soccer.  Check out the letter from the owner of Elite Fitness, Heath Van Patten in the News section of this website.
