WINTER WORKOUTS - Players will be expected to participate in a winter workout program both at home and at various Baseball Academies in the Greater Hudson Valley.

b) Pitching/Throwing Techniques

c) Fielding Techniques for both infield and outfield positions

2) Team Instruction on...

a) Offensive Plays

b) Defensive Plays and Strategies

3) Scrimmage Game: 45 Mins. - 1 hour if time allows
