Dear Pearland Oiler Supporter:

The Dugout Club will again host the 5th annual Pearland Oiler Baseball Golf Tournament . The event is scheduled for March 22, 2009, and benefits the baseball and Scholarship Program. Our goal is to raise a minimum of $5,000, enabling us to award scholarships to student athletes looking to further their education.  

The tournament is being held at Country Place Golf Club and will include a round of golf, dinner, and door prizes.  At this time, we are seeking your help for a successful event.  As you can see from the attached form there are many sponsorship opportunities and many different levels to participate.   All sponsors names will be prominently displayed at the event on the Sponsor Board and at the sponsored course site.  
 
We are also in need of donors for door prizes, food, and drinks.  These could include anything from gift certificates, to complimentary meals or haircuts-- anything that would enhance the experience for our participating golfers.  Donors will be recognized on our Donor Board.
