1st Annual Jason Eyrolles Memorial Tournament
Congratulations to the Monstars (Mike Swindell, Andy Canovali, Nick Posa and Tony Posa), winners of the 1st Annual Jason Eyrolles Memorial Tournament. The Monstars edged out team Venom to take the cup. Unofficial Tournament MVP is Emily Eyrolles Sobeck, who dusted off her skates and played for the first time since she was 12! and didn't look the slightest bit rusty! Thanks to all who attended, played and helped out. For more tournament pictures, click the "Photos" link on the left side menu.

On July 15th, 2010, Jason Eyrolles passed away from injuries he suffered in a tragic accident. Jason was the son of Bob and Charlene Eyrolles, who, along with a few neighboring families, founded the PHRHL so Jason and his friends would have a place to play the game they loved. The PHRHL is honoring the memory of Jason by providing stickers for players to place on their helmets. You will be seeing these stickers shortly. They are optional, but we encourage you to wear them in remembrance of a young man who loved hockey and will never be forgotten by the PHRHL. In addition, the number 21 will always be Jason's number, never to be worn again by a player in the PHRHL. |
