$25.00 LATE FEE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS AFTER DECEMBER 31ST. (High School Players Excluded) WALK-IN REGISTRATION DATES - WALK-INS ARE AT THE BLUE BUILDING NEXT TO THE HOCKEY RINK AT SUNDERMAN FIELDS. WALK-IN DATES • Saturday, November 14 (9:00 AM-1:00 PM) • Wednesday, December 2 (6:00 PM to 9:00 PM) • Saturday, December 5 (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) • Saturday, December 19 (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) • Tuesday, January 5 (6:00 PM to 9:00 PM) Spring Registration Form - First Time Player & Walk-ins PHLL Boundary Map Sunderman Complex Field Map First time players will need to attend a walk in date to present 3 proofs of Residency and confirm you are within LLI boundaries for PHLL.
SUNDERMAN FIELD = OPEN PUTNUM FIELD = OPEN PALM FIELD = OPEN Field Closings & Re-Openings are the Decision of the Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation Dept; (not P.H.L.L.). PHLL is notified of Field Closings by 5:00 PM Monday - Friday, by 9:00 AM on Saturday, and by 1:00 PM on Sunday. When PHLL is notified of Field Closings, that information is posted here on this page and recorded on the PH Rec Rainout Line - 771-6000 BOARD MEETING: The October 2009 Board Minutes are now posted.
Monthly Board Meetings Are normally Open to ALL Members of PHLL. Be aware that some are considered closed door due to sensitive material that may be discussed at that time. It is best to contact a board member and see if the meeting scheduled is closed or open before coming.

Umpires are desperately needed for all age groups. We will help train parents on the basics and also the finer points of umpiring. Let us know if you can step up and help with this very important position. info@phll.net

As a non-profit, volunteer organization, Palm Harbor Little League acquires its operating funds from registration fees, sponsor fees, and concession sales.
Once the yearly expenses of running the league are paid, there are minimal funds remaining for field improvements and other needs, such as new playing equipment.
With the hard work and dedication of PHLL’s members, sponsors, parents, players, and other volunteers we have made some progress over the years with improvements to our three (3) baseball/ softball field facilities at Sunderman, Putnam, and Palm Fields. We need to continue these field improvements for the safety of the boys and girls of our community and we need your assistance to do so. That is why we have started this donation site. If you would like to contribute and make a difference for all of the children in our community, just select the amount you would like to donate from the list below.
Names of contributors to the "PHLL - Field Improvement Campaign" will be added to the "Thank You List" posted on the PHLL website at www.eteamz.com/phll. Those who would like to remain anonymous can indicate this on the donation page.
It is people and businesses like you that will help provide our children of Palm Harbor a fun and safe place to play ball.
