It also helps our youth to develop a positive competitive mindset which allows them to excel at the highest level of athletic competition. PHENOM is a belief that everyone can achieve excellence through proper training, nutrition and dedication. I have personally seen how PHENOM has applied these tools of success to transform lives into both a confident and productive force.

When I think of PHENOM, I think of the words “Phenomenal Athlete.” In my opinion, a phenomenal athlete is a person who puts forth hard work and dedication thru perseverance, determination and discipline. Since I’ve been encouraging all my athletes to sign up for the PHENOM High School Core Training Program, we have experienced a great deal of success throughout our track and field seasons. Not only that, it gave my athletes a chance to get ahead in their preseason conditioning so that they could produce outstanding performances in achieving there personal goals. Knowing there athletic benefits of the three deminisional speed, power, strength, agility and endurance training, it’s the kind of program that will take and athlete to the next level for his/her up incoming season of competition.I can only compare it to Olympic style training for the elite. "STEP INTO IT YOU WILL EXPLODE OUT OF IT "! I highly recommend it !!!!!!

2009/2010 TRACK & FIELD SEASON - Will begin on Saturday, November 14th, 2009
TRACK AND FIELD: consist of training for track and field events, local and national meet competitions, national ranking stats, core and conditioning training. This program run January thru June with Pre-season training beginning in November.
Athlete registration for Phenom Track and Field will open on Saturday, November 14th, 2009 at Canyon Country Park. Last Day of registration for Track and Field Regular season will be January 30th, 2010.

Please have your completed Track and Field registration packet along with current physical, copy of birth certificate and registration fees. Complete registration packets can be mailed along with fees to:

SPEED & AGILITY/HIGH SCHOOL CORE TRAINING- NEXT SESSION RUNS FROM Nov 2009 - Jan 2010
Speed and Agility programs consists of core training, cardiovascular zone training, multi-directional speed training,speed, acceleration, agility and strenghth training for all sports. This program requires a three (3) month minimum commitment in order to ensure your athlete receives full benefits of the program. This program runs year-round.
Our next session for Speed & Agility ($125 per month) will begin in February 2010.
Completed forms must be turned in at time of registration for your athlete to begin training.
