 Pewaukee Soccer Club:  Policies and Procedures

Code of Conduct
It is the expectation that all coaches, players, officials and spectators respect the integrity and judgment of everyone involved in all contests, including opponents and game officials. Players are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which shall bring credit to themselves, the club, communities, coaches and families. They shall refrain from any conduct which degrades, baits, intimidates or otherwise discredits their opponents or officials. Coaches are expected to maintain decorum consistent with the values of youth soccer athletics by showing restraint and composure and to insist their players conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.

Refunds
PSC policy is a non-refundable $25 fee is assessed to all registrants upon registration.  If a registrant wants a refund after the close of the registration period, they can expect only 50% of their registration fee (less $25) and volunteer fee prior to August 1st.  After August 1 no refunds will be given.

Volunteering
Pewaukee Soccer Club is a volunteer organization and requires participation of each family. The volunteer commitment is 4 hours per family. Pewaukee Soccer Club requires one $80 volunteer deposit per family to encourage the participation. If the volunteer commitment is not fully completed then no portion of the volunteer deposit will be returned. Only by complete fulfillment of  volunteer commitment will volunteer deposit be returned. No volunteer commitment is required for U-5 players.

Soccer Supplies
Players guardians are responsible for supplying a practice ball, shin guards and cleats for each child. Game uniforms are provided by the club.

Team Formation
Per WYSA (Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association) each year teams are split up by a minimum of 50% in all age brackets from U6 through U14.

Playing Down or Up
PSC policy is that all player must play within their eligible age bracket.  This is for insurance purposes and the safety of all players.  The only exception for playing up is if a grade supersedes a players age bracket.

Field Conditions
Do not practice or play on the fields if there is any moisture at all.  Fields are for games only unless the field is completely dry!
