    Third Annual Indoor Pirate Academy

    Pewaukee Pirate Parents and Coaches,

It’s that time of year again! Time for the Third Annual Pirate Indoor Academy! This year Development Director Brian Staus and I, along with a number of top area high school coaches, have teamed together to schedule a winter full of learning opportunities for your Son, Daughter, or team. The first opportunity is the Pirate Academy. Similar to the first two years, with some new wrinkles added to keep it fresh. This year we will be offering a keeper clinic as part of the academy, for ages U-11 and up, and we will be offering a high school academy to get you high schoolers ready for the spring season. Guest coaches from High Schools around the Lake Country area will take the High School girls for a 9 week clinic, and High School guys for a 7 week clinic (due to WIAA Rules, Pewaukee High school coaching staff cannot coach the high school players in this academy).

AND  to help with developing the quickness, strength, and agility needed to be successful on the soccer field, we will be offering a speed and conditioning clinic as well for ages U-11- U-14. The speed and agility camp is explained more in the flier, and will occur before each academy session.

Both Brian and I hope your son, daughter, or team takes in at least some of the opportunities available this winter. We have had a great deal of compliments regarding the past Academies, and it is our hope to improve on past performance and see some dramatic improvement in the quality of soccer being played in the program here in Pewaukee.
You can find the Permission / Sign Up Form for the Winter Academy either by scrolling to the bottom of this page, or by clicking on the "Forms" link in the left hand navigation panel.
If you, or any parents on your team have questions regarding the opportunities made available this winter, please do not hesitate to e-mail me directly.

    Thanks.
