Directors and Umpires Needed
posted March 2011

Peter J. Foley Little League invites parents and other adults in the community to join the league in the capacity of Director or as an umpire for the upcoming season. All it takes is a desire to volunteer and serve the youth in our town. Umpires will be provided with training (if needed,) and a set of equipment will be kept at the club house for use during games. Umps also get an umpire's shirt and rule book, and at the end of each game can select a fine menu item from the concession stand grill. Directors help shape the future of the League as well as maintain the Health of Naugatuck's oldest Youth Sports League. To volunteer please call the clubhouse at 729-1002 during registration or call and leave a message at any time. News and Notes:

Important Reminder Regarding Food and Drink

Please remember that by rule Peter J. Foley Little League does not allow anyone to bring food or drink into the park. As our league attempts to keep registration and fundraising costs down, the success of our concession stand becomes more important than ever. Additionally, the quality, variety, and value of our menu is highly regarded in Little League circles. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our food policy.
