U-11 girls clinic: June 23-26, 9am -2pm San Marin Turf, U-13/U-13 girls clinic: June 28-31, 9am-2pm, San Marin Turf
Co-Ed camp 1 (ages 8-12: July 12-15, 9am-3p,, San Marin Turf Co-Ed camp 2 (ages 8-12): Aug. 10-13, 9am-3pm, San Marin Turf
Girls clinic: $150 per playe, Co-Ed camps: $175 per athlete

HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: ONLY US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP FORM (COMPLETED & SUBMITTED TO REGISTRAR)
THE FEE FOR A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP IS INCLUDED IN PLAYER REGISTRATION (COST $35) THIS FORM IS TO BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED ONLY TO THE REGISTRAR- THANK YOU! DO NOT SEND THIS FORM TO US LACROSSE - ONLY SUBMIT TO REGISTRAR.
1. To see Original Birth Certificates (verification)- NOT NEEDED FOR HIGH SCHOOL ONLY FOR YOUTH (2-8TH GRADES. A Copy will be made for our records.
2. Complete a US lacrosse membership form. This form is available on-line during registration, or will be available at both High School team meetings.

Petaluma HS Girls$325
Casa Grande HS Boys $355 (new players/includes game shorts)
Casa Grande HS Boys $325 (returing players)
Casa Grande HS Girls $325
Youth (2nd - 8th grade, Boys/Girls) $250

Girls High School (9th -12th grade)
- Boys High School Varsity (9th-12th grade)
- Boys High School Junior Varisty (9th-11th grade)
- Senior U-15 Boys and Girls (1994 Birth year or younger, 8th grade)
- Junior U-13 Boys and Girls (1996 Birth year or younger, 6th & 7th grade)
- Lightning U-11 Boys and Girls (1998 Birth year or younger, 4th & 5th grade)
- Bantam U-9 Boys only (2000 Birth year or younger, 2nd & 3rd grade)
