Team and Event Updates
*Picture Day is this Wednesday June 25th at 9AM. Forms are in the swimmers files. We will have extra forms also. Picture Day will also be agreat time to turn in your swimmers time trial registration forms. The coaches will be availble during picture taking to help with any questions or concerns that you might have. The deadline to turn your form in is Thursday the 26th. Having the forms in on time helps our coaches....the more time that they have, the less chance for errors.
*Friday night June 27th is our Ice Cream Social at 6PM.There is a sign-up sheet in the hallway-pleas sign up to bring an item if you can.
SCCY Update
*This Wednesday Night we are swimming against SCCY. This is our first Wednesday night home meet of the season. Attached is a workers list. We are still in need of a runner, 1 timer, 4 snack bar workers and 2 people to grill. Please let us know if you can help with any of these spots, especially if you have not signed up for all of your meet jobs yet. Thank you. I've in cluded a snack bar donation list below. Pleas note the donations change for the evening meets. As always please remember to check off your items.
* We are almost half way through the season and it is going by quickly! Joanne and I would like to express our most sincere thanks for everyone's help and support. It 'Takes a Village' to run a swim team and we have a very strong and supportive village! Thank you!

DESCRIPTION OF FOOD ITEMS
Doughnuts/bagels: One dozen - bagels should be individually wrapped with cream cheese, butter, or plain.
Hotdogs: One package of meat/beef hotdogs and 1 package of rolls. (No chicken, turkey, or low fat.)
Baked goods: Homemade cookies, brownies, bar cookies (1doz) sell the best
Fresh fruit: One large bowl or one gal zip lock bag of cut-up mixed fruit
Cut up veggies: One gallon zip lock bag of cut up mixed vegetables
Bottled water: 12 pack or 2 six packs of individual bottles –16oz. size
Soda: 2 six packs or 1 twelve pack of Pepsi products. We use left over for the soda machine.
Sports Drinks: 6 pack (individual size)-20 oz. size
