Pembroke Titans Football & Cheerleading: Registration 2009

Three Step Mail-In Registrations:
   1) Print, Complete and Sign the 2009 Registration Form

   2) Write your check payable to 'Pembroke Pop Warner Football':

         Football Player Fee: $150.00 (price includes everything except cleats)
             you may make installment payments
      
         Cheerleader Fee: $ 30.00 (price includes everything except sneakers)

   3) Mail both your check and registration form to:

       Pembroke, MA 02359

*Note: Pop Warner Financial Need grants (Fee Waiver for Football or Cheer registration) are available at your child's school (please see the Principal or Assistant Principal)
