AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, CLICK SUBMIT AND PRINT THE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION PAGE FOR STEP 2.


STEP 2: REGISTRATION FORM DROP-OFF

To finalize your registration you will need to stop by the Pembroke Lakes Optimist Clubhouse (1900 NW 122 Terrace) to submit ALL of the following documents:

1)       Printed Registration Confirmation Page from your Online Registration

2)       Proof of residency if you are a Pembroke Pines resident ( Utility bill only)

3)       Copy of Birth Certificate 

4)       Payment (cash or check only)

Monday, January 19th, 2015              6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Tuesday, January 20th, 2015              6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Wednesday, January 21st , 2015        6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

 

RETURNED CHECK POLICY:

 

A check returned to us by our bank due to insufficient funds in your account will incur a $25 returned check fee. All payments after such an occurrence must be made by certified bank check, money order or cash.

REFUNDS: 
Refund requests must be in writing and received before Saturday, January 24, 2015.  A $25 processing fee will be assessed for each approved refund processed.  NO REFUNDS will be issued after January 24, 2015

General League Information

Here is some general information regarding our baseball league:

Fall season normally runs from August (Practices begin) to November, with Family Day at the end of the season.

Spring season normally runs from January (Practices begin) to May, with All-Stars at the end of the season (All-Star players are nominated by their respective coaches)

All divisions have a draft EXCEPT T-ball.  The T-ball teams are put together once registration has been closed.

Normally each team, regardless of division, practices anywhere from 2-3 times a week (this is at the coach's discretion).  Practice times startn anywhere from 5:30pm and 7:30pm - this time depends on what each coach chooses.

Normally we  play 2 games per week, although there may be times when more than 2 will be played (rain-outs for example).  Usually it is 1 game during the week, starting at 6:30pm and 1 Saturday game, starting anywhere between 9am and 1pm.  The length of each game depends on the division.
