The 2012 Player's Edge Baseball Clinics have been canceled. We're sorry for having to post this notice, but due to lack of interest and outside circumstances outside of our control the staff has decided to cancel the remaining clinics.

Check us out soon though as we'll be looking to re-organize and comeback with another outstanding clinic.

NEW CLINIC!!

In what is shaping up to be the best lineup of pre-season clinics in the 10 year history of the The Player's Edge Baseball Clinics, the Player's Edge Baseball Staff is proud to introduce the first ever Player's Edge Elite Baseball Clinic to be held on March 2nd, 3rd and 4th at Medford High School. 

This clinic is separate from the annual "Value Pack" clinics held annually at Watertown High School and Middle School. Player's Edge Director Joe Chiodo and Medford High School Varsity Baseball Coach, Mike Nestor, along with former professional players and current high school and collegiate coaches, are teaming up to bring an "elite" baseball clinic to the Medford area. Join former Medford High School graduates and professional players, Justin Crisafulli(Cleveland Indians) and Charlie Pagliarulo(Pittsfield, Can-Am) along with former Malden High School star Keith Forbes (San Diego Padres) and Malden Catholic star Kevin McGlinchey (Atlanta Braves, Tampa Bay Rays) for an "Elite" experience as they share their baseball knowledge with areas youth.

This clinic is sure to be like no other clinic ever offered in that local area. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to prepare and develop all of the skills needed to "Gain The Edge That You've Been Looking For". PLAYER’S EDGE BASEBALL CLINICS -Gain the edge that you’ve been looking for with the highly successful Player’s Edge Baseball Clinics!! 10 year Watertown High School Baseball Coach and current UMass-Boston Assistant Baseball Coach, Joe Chiodo, and his staff of professional, collegiate and high school coaches are back for a 10th year with their lineup of 3 pre-season clinics to help every player gain the edge over the competition and get ready for the 2012 season. They will once again offer their annual pitching/catching, hitting and spring training clinics.

The 2012 Pitching & Catching Clinic held each year over February school vacation week at Watertown High School will include some of the areas finest Pitching and Catching Instructors such as Coach Joe Chiodo, Orazio Azzarello, Andy Sullivan, Dave Sullivan, Chris Dupay and Matt Nicholson. Along with former Swathmore College catcher and current Watertown Jr. Reds 13U AAU Coach & Catching Coordinator, Ben Mendleson, who will conduct the catching portion of the clinic, this year's Player's Edge Pitching & Catching Clinic is being billed as the best the program has offered in the clinics 10 year history. Coach Mendleson's expert instruction will help young players to learn the same professional drills and techniques that the pros, collegians and high school catchers focus on to better their skill level and become better overall receivers. 

Along with the always exciting Pitching & Catching Clinic instructors, the full staff is back for another go around in 2012 with the 10th annual Hitting Clinic and the ever popular Spring Training Clinic. Like no other program around, the Player’s Edge Staff continues to offer a more one on one, personalized, low player to coach ratio at a very affordable price. 2012 NOTES:

Watertown Jr. Reds AAU Baseball Program looking to complete 13U rosters!
The Watertown Jr. Reds are looking for players that are looking to compete at the game's highest levels in 2012 and have a few roster spots open on their 13U teams for the 2012 season. After 2 straight successful season in 2010 and 2011, the program is looking to make the jump in the Super Division and continue their winning ways at each age group. Workouts begin in January, 2012 so don't wait. There's still time to tryout. Coaches from each Jr. Reds team also double as instructors at all of the Player's Edge Baseball Clinics. The staff of each Jr. Reds team is comprised of 2 coaches at each level.
