In Memoriam
Amy Mary-Rebecca Cal Halberstadt
October 26, 1971-August 30, 2006
Amy was Foundations Representative for Sinnissippi Chapter of PDK. She was a tireless and devoted member who touched many lives with her enthusiasm and positive energy. She fought to live every moment to its fullest. Amy loved teaching 7th grade at West Middle School. She completed her Masters of Arts in Teaching at Rockford College and worked with PDK to award scholarships to future educators.
Amy leaves behind her husband, Doug and daughter, Meredith.
A scholarship to assist those pursuing a career in education at Rockford College has been established in her memory. Donations may be made to:
