Welcome to the Pioneer Baseball/Softball League. We are chartered by Babe Ruth League, Inc. and offer baseball to youth ages 4-15 and softball for girls age 7-16. Please note: The location for tonight's Board Meeting has been changed, it will take place at Lee District RecCenter in the 'pod' room upstairs. Friday, November 21 2009 Spring Season Registration On-Line Now! Register now on-line by clicking the link above (use VISA/Mastercard to pay on-line or print out attached registration form and mail in with a check). There will also be walk-in registrations at Lee District RecCenter from 9-2 on Jan 10, Jan 24, Feb 7, and Feb 21.
There is a 10% discount for registering before Jan 31, 2009.
This year Pioneer will also be charging a mandatory $40 volunteer fee, to be refunded once volunteer obligation has been fufilled.
For families with multiple players, there is a maximum of $250 per family to play with Pioneer. Scholarships are available for those who may have difficulty with the fees. Please contact the Pioneer Registrar at 703-960-2244 or info@pbsl.org
Age for the Spring 2009 season is based on age as of 4/30/2009 for baseball, 12/31/2008 for softball

Pioneer provides a safe recreational outlet for nearly 700 of our youngsters with a total volunteer staff. The league currently has an urgent need to fill the vacant President-Elect position. Having a President-Elect in place is critical for a smooth transition when a new board is elected in July of each year. In addition, the following Board of Directors positions are currently vacant:
