Online Registration is Recommended. You can pay by check or credit card for online registrations. To register online go to the home page and click on the Register Online link.
If you prefer to register by paper, then download the 2012 Paper Registration Form below. **Please note your registration will be entered ONLINE and account will be created for you by PBGSL. You will receive an email from Sports Signup confirming your registration. Your registration MUST be entered online in order for your daughter’s information to be included in the PBGSL database for team selection.
