League Information
Little Girls - Ages 8-12 - Mica Cook, Manager Rep
At PBAELLS the Little Girls Division is for girls ages 8-12. Girls must try-out for this division. The diamond used is a 60-foot diamond and the pitching distance is 40 feet. The local league has an option to choose a Tournament Team (All Stars) of 9-10 year olds from within this division who can advance to State Tournament. The league may also choose a Tournament Team of 11-12 year olds from within this division. The 11-12 year old team may enter the International Tournament. The culmination of the International Tournament is the Girls Little League Softball World Series, featuring teams from around the globe. All expenses for the teams advancing to the World Series (travel, meals and housing) are paid by Little League.
Big Girls - Ages 13-18 - Mike Davis, Manager Rep
At PBAELLS the Big Girls Division is for girls ages 13-18, using a 60-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 40 feet. The local league has an option to choose up to three Tournament Teams (or "All Stars") from within this division, and the teams may enter the International Tournament. The three tournament team divisions are Junior 13-14, Senior 15-16, and Big League 17-18 year olds. The culmination of the International Tournament is the Girls Softball World Series for each division, featuring teams from around the globe. All expenses for the teams advancing to the World Series (travel, meals and housing) are paid by Little League.
