As a little league parent, watching your kid play ball is nearly as fun as it is for the player. Warm weather, a beautiful manicured field with white chalked lines, the smell of good food and teams ready to play.  Things are ready to go, but only one thing missing...THE UMPIRE.  The game, no matter Baseball, Softball, T-Ball or Senior Level, just isn't the same without a well trained umpire.
