Annual General Meeting of the Corporation to be Held on April 17, 2013
General Meeting of the Corporation:
Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 7:00 PM in Parkway West High School Library.
Meeting will detail results of 2012 - 2013 season. Also, refer to Section 4 of Bylaws. Recommended candidates for Officer positions for the 2013-2014 Season will be voted on.
All Parents should attend the meeting.
Fiscal year ends on May 31st. New Officers begin duties June 1st.
Hockey Player Fees Due
All Player Fees are due January 15, 2013.
Please make arrangements with Treasurer to remit any remaining balance as soon as possible.
