This is our primary fundraiser.  We work two events per month (except during football season) in CenturyTel's main concession stands.  We usually require 15 volunteers each event.  We work at the CenturyTel because we receive 12 % of the adjusted sales total for the event we are working.  CenturyTel prefers having experienced and responsible volunteers working rather than training new groups on a regular basis.  We have a great group of "regulars" that really know the flow of things.  If we consistently do a good job, we will be offered some of the major events that come to CTC.  This translates to more money for our program!!  

CenturyTel requires us to wear black or khaki pants (NO shorts, capris or jeans) and comfortable shoes (NO sandals, flip flops, or heels).  Once you arrive, you will be provided a CTC polo to wear while you are working.  Our responsibilities include assisting the on-site CenturyTel employee with setting up, selling food and drinks, and cleaning up afterwards.  We'd like several people to become familiar with the inventory process.  Once you have committed to work, your name goes on a list that is given to the CTC.  We understand that an occasional emergency may arise, but if you agreed to work, please show up.
