Parkway Central Lacrosse Club: Welcome

Welcome To The Parkway Central Lacrosse Club Web Site

Parkway Central Lacrosse Information 8/08

Welcome to the Parkway Central Lacrosse Club. Lacrosse is the country's fastest growing sport at both High School and College levels. PCH plays in the Missouri Scholastic Lacrosse Association (MSLA). This association includes teams from the St. Louis area as well as teams from Columbia, Springfield and the Kansas City metro area. Our goal: to support the fastest game on two feet, Lacrosse.

The team is a club sport, and although we use the Parkway Central name, we receive no money from the school district. Instead, we are supported through dues, fund raising and donations. Our club is run by a board of parent volunteers and coaches who volunteer their time and talent. WE RELY ON PARENT PARTICIPATION to run team activities including the JV tournament, senior banquet, alumni game, team banquet and field maintenance, among others.

Season: runs mid February through the end of May. Captain's practices start in December. Regular practices will be held after school Monday through Friday and on Saturdays starting in February. Practice will be at PCMS, game field locations have not yet been determined.

Player Eligibility: The player must be passing 5 classes, have a physical exam dated Feb 1, 08 or later, and must have a code of conduct and waiver of liability signed by parents and players.

Dues: estimated $400.00 includes use of a helmet & jersey and fifty raffle tickets that can be sold for $1 each, the drawing will be held at the JV tournament.   For more information, please call Paul Forman @ 314-378-8023 or email to Paul.Forman@druryhotels.com.
